According to the proven concept, 14 new decisions are reproduced in full text, with annotations by experienced specialists of national and European design law (in German or English).

Volume 4 is supplemented by a headnotes index, including more than 130 additional new decisions from Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom as well as the ECJ and OHIM (mainly unpublished), with essential excerpts printed in German and English.
